NMF HOME achieved Best Service nomination

Meeting and satisfying the needs of even the most demanding customers is our strength. We are well aware that it is not enough to produce only the highest quality products, which is why we adapt to each customer's needs, promptly implement individual orders and make sure that the ordered goods reach the customers as soon as possible. In addition, we advise our customers whenever necessary and help them choose the right furniture, mattress or interior design. 

April 2022 is the month when NMF HOME once again shines as a reliable company that takes care of its customers and serves them in the best possible way.

At an awards event in April, the companies that provided the best customer service in 2021 were congratulated in the "Pagirkime aptarnavimą" project. In addition to NMF HOME, other Lithuanian business giants such as ,,Audimas", PLC "Mega", "Eglės sanatorija", "ČIli Pizza Lietuva", "Moki-veži", "Vynoteka", etc. received nominations for the best customer service.  

During the event, a presentation on "Customer Service Trends in a Changing Period" was given. The speakers shared their experience on how companies can properly communicate with customers and partners, how to better understand customer needs and how to become a leading company in customer service. The quarantine that has gripped the country for the last two years was also a major focus.

NMF HOME, together with other leading Lithuanian companies, welcomes the opportunity to deepen its knowledge and participate in various events. 

Events and awards of this kind are a great incentive for companies to raise the quality bar even higher, providing customers with even more positive emotions from the very first steps in the e-shop to the delivery of the product. 

The "Pagirkime aptarnavimą" project is now in its third year. It motivates and encourages company employees to build a closer relationship with customers and the public to share positive comments to encourage companies to keep up.
