Rules on handling user feedback

1. SĄVOKOS

1.1.The data controller and operator of the website www.nmfhome.lt is AB "Neaustinių medžiagų fabrikas", company code 145770565, VAT payer code LT457705610, registered office address J. Basanavičiaus g. 103C, LT-76129 Šiauliai, the Republic of Lithuania, e-mail address - [email protected].

1.2 These Rules for the Management of Customer Feedback (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") set out the procedure for the collection, management and publication of Customer Feedback on purchased goods by AB "Neaustinių medžiagų fabrikas".

1.3 Feedback is an open opinion about a product provided by a Customer who has purchased a product on the website.

1.4 Rating means a rating provided by the Customer on the website of the product purchased by the Customer in a 5 (five) star system.

1.5 Customer means an able-bodied natural or legal person who has purchased goods from the nmfhome.lt online store.

1.6 Other terms used in the Rules shall be understood as defined in the Law on Advertising of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Prohibition of Unfair Commercial Activity to Consumers of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.

2. PROCEDURE FOR COLLECTION OF FEEDBACK

2.1 The Company publishes genuine Feedback, i.e. only Feedback created by the Customer and submitted to the Company. Only the length of the message and obvious grammatical or punctuation errors may be corrected.

2.2 Feedback is collected on the Company's initiative by contacting Customers at the email address they have provided after they have purchased the Goods, thus ensuring that the Feedback comes from the person who purchased the Goods.

2.3 The overall Rating Score is calculated by taking the arithmetic average, i.e. adding together all the Rating Scores (stars) received and dividing them by the number of Rating Scores received.

2.4. Only registered users who have purchased goods on www.nmfhome.lt may leave feedback.

2.5 The authenticity of reviews is ensured by authorizing them via Facebook and/or Google.

2.6 The Company publishes both positive and negative User Reviews.

2.7 The Company shall not publish Comments and shall block Comments that:

   2.7.1. - are related to illegal activities;

   2.7.2. - the content of the Feedback is offensive or related to the Company's services or brand;

   2.7.3.- The feedback contains swearing, hate speech, discrimination, threats, etc.

2.8. nmfhome.lt publicly displays only the name of the person who submitted the Feedback and the content of the Feedback.

2.9 In accordance with legal requirements, the email address, telephone number or other information relating to the person who submitted the Feedback is not published on lawful grounds.

2.10. Feedback shall be published in Lithuanian.

2.11. The Company shall have the right to change, amend and supplement the Rules in accordance with the procedure established by law. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall come into force from the moment of their publication on the online shop.

3.  FINAL PROVISIONS

3.1 These Terms and Conditions are made in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.2 For the purpose of identification of a person for the purpose of providing a Feedback and/or Rating of a product and in order to provide users with access to the experience and opinion (rating) of customers who have purchased a product on the website, nmfhome.lt processes personal data provided by Customers. More information about the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy policy of nmfhome.lt.

3.4. Persons who believe that their rights have been violated may submit a request/complaint to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e-mail: [email protected], tel. 85 262 67 51, fax. (85) 279 1466, on the website www.vvtat.lt (as well as the territorial units of the State Consumer Rights Protection Service in the districts) - or by filling in the request form on the EGS platform https://ec.europa.eu/odr/.
