1.1. How much will home delivery cost me?
1.1.1. We include the cost of delivery in the price of the goods, so there are no extra charges for delivery. For your convenience, we deliver all items FREE of charge throughout Lithuania.
1.2. Will you be able to help me with the delivery and assembly of the furniture?
1.2.1. If you need help with the delivery of your goods, you will be assisted by a driver. Please note that there are additional charges for driver assistance for the delivery of the goods, the delivery of the goods to your door and the collection of the goods. It will cost you €25 to carry all the furniture you have ordered and €20 to assemble one set of furniture.
1.3. How long will I have to wait for my order?
1.3.1. We aim to make sure that you do not have to wait long for your order. It is important to us that you can enjoy your order as soon as possible. Therefore, we usually assemble and dispatch your order within two working days of receipt of payment if we have the product in stock. If we do not have the product in stock, we will manufacture and deliver your order within two to three weeks.
1.3.2. We use third-party carriers to ensure the safe and speedy delivery of your parcel.
1.3.3. However, as much as we would like to, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery of your item, but we will give you the most accurate delivery time possible. We make every effort to ensure that your goods reach you on time, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in delivery. In this case, we will contact you and inform you of the revised estimated delivery date.

2. Return of goods
2.1. What if I'm not satisfied with my order and want to return my goods?
2.1.1. We hope that you will be satisfied with the products you have purchased from our online shop www.nmfhome.lt. However, if you are not satisfied with our products, you can return your purchase. However, before doing so, please familiarize yourself with the conditions for returning goods and your legal rights below.
2.1.2. You can return any goods ordered online that you do not like within 14 days. You will not have to worry about any additional costs when returning the goods (please note only the return of chairs, tables, mattresses: we have slightly different conditions for this, see 2.2 and 2.4. 2.5).
2.1.3 Returned goods must be in their original packaging, undamaged and unused.
2.1.4 Products that fall under the list of non-exchangeable items can only be returned with the seller's agreement.
2.2. How should I return the table?
2.2.1. You can return ELENSEN brand tables within a slightly longer period of 30 days, but the product must be unused. The tables must also be returned in their original packaging - otherwise we may not accept them.
2.2.2. If you want to return a quality product that is not covered by the warranty, you can order the most convenient courier to return the unsuitable product to our warehouse. Alternatively, for your convenience, we can order a courier to pick up the unsuitable piece of furniture (courier service cost - 8 Eur/box). The returned product must be in its original packaging.
2.3. How should I return unsatisfactory products?
2.3.1. If you decide to return products that you do not like, we would like to remind you that we only accept returns that are in their original, original packaging (except if you are returning a low-quality product).
2.3.2. We kindly ask that you only return goods that are undamaged, unused and in good condition (e.g. product labels intact, protective films intact, etc.). This does not apply if the fault of the customer is due to a faulty product.
2.3.3. Please observe the return policy, otherwise we may not accept your return.
2.3.3. We advise you to think carefully in advance about individual orders for non-standard products, as these products are non-returnable (unless the product is defective. In this case, we will manufacture a new product or apply a discount).
2.3.4. Before buying a defective product (all defects are indicated in the description of each damaged product), please consider whether this decision will cause you any additional problems, as we do not accept returns.
2.4. How should I go about returning a chair?
2.4.1. If you want to return a chair to us because it is not the right colour, size or similar, we offer you several return options:
• FREE - if possible, you can deliver the unsuitable piece of furniture directly to our warehouse at Ringuvos g. 51 A, Kaunas. If you wish to return the product, please inform us in advance by e-mail [email protected].
• PAID - to return an item, you can order a courier to return the unsuitable item to our warehouse. Alternatively, for your convenience, we can order a courier to pick up the unsuitable piece of furniture (courier service cost - 6 Eur/box).
2.5. How should I return a mattress?
2.5.1. If you want to return a mattress to us because it is not the right colour, size, etc., we offer several return options:
• FREE - if possible, you can deliver the unsuitable mattress directly to our warehouse at Liejyklos g. 14, Šiauliai, Lithuania LT-78148. To return an item, please inform us in advance by email [email protected].
• PAID - to return an item, you can order a courier to return the unsuitable item to our warehouse. Alternatively, for your convenience, we can order a courier to pick up the unsuitable product (courier service cost - 8 Eur/package).
2.6. When can I get a refund?
2.6.1. We will refund your money within 10 days after the goods have been returned to us and have been checked by the quality department (whether the goods meet the requirements of a quality product).
2.6.2. To avoid any misunderstandings, we will only refund your purchase to the account from which it was paid.
2.7. What should I do if my product is defective or damaged?
2.7.1. We check orders thoroughly before they are dispatched, but if you should happen to receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please do not forget to include photographs of the defective item in your email, clearly showing the defects. We will replace the faulty product, give you a discount or refund your money. Each case is different, so we will work with you to decide what the best solution is.
2.7.2. We will replace the defective chairs you have bought with new ones, give you a discount, or take them back free of charge and refund your money.
2.7.3. On delivery, we will ask you to sign a form confirming that the product is in good condition. For this reason, before collecting each item from the carrier and signing the form, please check that the item has not been damaged during the journey and that it has no clearly visible damage. However, if this is the case, please inform the carrier of the damage before collecting the goods and contact us at [email protected].

3. Additional information
3.1.You can cancel your order before dispatch if the product is in stock (please note that delivery takes 2-5 days). You can also cancel your order if the product is not in stock and has not yet been produced (please note that the production time is approximately 2-3 weeks and the delivery time for each product is indicated on the product pages next to the product pictures).
Canceling your order is easy! Simply contact us at [email protected] and we will cancel your order and refund your money. We will also inform you about how to return the wrong/unsuitable item.
