SLEEP POSITION AND TIPS

Reflux is usually more problematic at night and when lying on your back.

When you raise your head and upper body slightly, gravity helps prevent stomach acids from flowing backwards.

Studies have shown that people with GERD who sleep this way have significantly fewer and shorter reflux episodes.

We recommend using Maiza lower pillows such as the Classic Viscoelastic Pillow PLIUS or the Orthopaedic Viscoelastic Pillow PLIUS when lying on your left side.
